Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on all Australian orders over $99. Or $10 flat-fee Australia-wide delivery for any under $99 order subtotal. We use AusPost for all domestic Australian orders.
- International orders are also shipped by AusPost. Discount international shipping available. Free shipping does not apply. Please view your international shipping rates in your shopping cart.
- Orders that contain "pre-ordered" items will be shipped when all items have arrived in to store. You can choose to have any available items part-shipped for an additional $8.95. Simply contact us via phone or email to arrange payment.
- All purchases are generally dispatched within 2-8 working days. After which, delivery by AusPost will normally occur within:
- 1 - 4 days (VIC and NSW)
- 4 - 6 days (TAS, SA and QLD)
- 6 - 9 days (WA and NT)
- Please bear these time frames in mind when ordering.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if the product is faulty, simply return the product to our online team for a refund or exchange, less the original shipping charge of $10.
30 Day Returns
- For returns, contact our friendly team on 612 9771 4565 or via our contact us page to log your return and receive instructions on how to send back to us. Postage charges are not refundable.
- With free delivery offers, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery and shipping from the refund amount.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. The colours and details of the merchandise are visible through the clear packaging. Thus, a repackaging fee of $20 applies if items are returned opened or poorly repackaged.
- No refund is applicable if the packaging is torn or damaged. For faulty items, please contact us and we will send you a satchel with reply paid details so that the product can be returned and replaced at no extra cost.
- Please choose carefully when selecting quilts, underblankets and pillows, as there is no exchange or refund on these items due to health reasons. This excludes products found to be defective or faulty.
- Any orders cancelled where AfterPay was the chosen payment method, please note that fees incurred for using AfterPay's service are non-refundable and will be withheld from the final refund amount.
